Life is Voyage

After Quarantines

Niagara Falls

We were finally released from the quarantine hotel. My cousins came to pick us up, and we spent some joyful time in Toronto greeting and catching up with family.

However, my school was located in a place called Welland, near Niagara, about 130 kilometers—or an hour and a half—away from Toronto.

First, I exchanged my Korean driver’s license for an Ontario license. Then we went to a Honda dealership and bought an Odyssey. Now it was time to start driving around to look for a place to live.

On the last day of 2020, we spent one final night together as a family at a hotel near Niagara Falls. After that, we planned to stay in an Airbnb while searching for a more permanent home.
